Mixed Berry Smoothie

It's time for another smoothie recipe.  This is another one that's great for breakfast or as a snack.  I should mention that my smoothies are big - 500-600ml.  I drink them as a meal so it makes sense for me.  If you want a smaller one feel free to cut the recipe in half or share it with someone.

Mixed Berry Smoothie


140g (apx 3/4cup)   Frozen Blueberries
70g (apx 1/2 cup) Frozen Strawberries
112g (apx 1 cup)  Frozen Raspberries
125ml (1/2 cup)      Cold Water
1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Leanfit)

Combine in blender & blend until smooth!
