In the last week or so I feel like I've fallen off the wagon. I've been eating pretty well and hitting my macros for the most part - but the problem is those macros are based on 3 weight days a week. For the last 2 weeks I've only hit the gym twice for weights. I feel really crappy about it. I can make excuses - I have lots, but excuses are what got me where I was in January.
As I mentioned, I signed up for SkinnyMeg's Summer 12 Week Challenge (you'll be seeing the hashtag on my instagram I'm sure).
The challenge starts July 6th and I'm really hoping that the 199 other people involved will provide me with lots of inspiration and motivation to keep me on track.
